What makes the TIL theory important?

The Trauma Inspired Leadership theory (TIL) exposes and explores paradigm shifts as well as de-stigmatizing the “shadow” side of leaders and leadership. TIL also looks at the “being” side of leadership and how metabolizing trauma can positively affect leadership abilities and practices.
